The windows may be big because the time is highly dependent on the destination. All items are shipped from Vancouver, BC which is located on the west coast of Canada near the US border. As a general reference, the closer your location is to Vancouver, the sooner your order will be delivered and vice versa.
Currently, we accept Paypal, Visa and Mastercard.
If you live in the USA, there are no import taxes because of the NAFTA Free Trade Agreement. There are no State taxes because we are out of state. If you live in Canada, there is 5% GST. If you live in BC, there will be 7% PST as well. You will be charged HST if you live in the applicable provinces:
All sales taxes will be calculated automatically as you check out based on your inputted address.
This may be due to 1 of 3 possible reasons:
1) Your credit card company does not allow you to make online purchases. You may have to call your credit card company to see if they can lift this restriction on your card.
2) Your credit card company does not allow you to use your card for foreign transactions. We are a Canadian company and our payment processing bank is in Canada. If you are in the USA or any country other than Canada your credit card company may be preventing you from making the purchase. In this case, you will need to call your credit card company and let them know that you intend to make an online purchase from a company whose bank is located in Canada. Most credit card companies will have no problem lifting this restriction for you.
3) You are using a Check Debit card or Prepaid Credit card that has just enough funds for the transaction but not enough funds for additional service charges the credit card company is charging you. Some credit card companies will charge a user fee or foreign transaction fee which may equate to a few percent on top of the total for the transaction.
Yes but not all prepaid credit cards will work for online transactions. Also, not all will work if it is a foreign transaction, since our payment processing bank is in Canada. If you are in the USA or any other country other than Canada, your prepaid credit card company may treat the transaction as foreign. There are Prepaid credit cards that will work for online transactions and are international. Two well known ones are the Green Dot Prepaid credit card and the Paypal Prepaid Mastercard. Please note that for the Green Dot, the temporary one they give you may not be used for online transactions, however the actual one they issue you will work.
